Terms of Service

Last updated May 29, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Nina Law, a settlement tracking tool operated by AstraBrava LLC, Los Angeles, California. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Beta software

Nina Law is a proof-of-concept (beta) product. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. Do not rely on it as your only record of any matter. Keep your own independent copies of important data.

Not legal advice

Nina Law is a tracking tool, not a law firm, and it does not provide legal advice. Nothing in the product or this site creates an attorney-client relationship. Settlement figures, statuses, and milestones reflect only what users enter. You are responsible for verifying every number and date against your own records and for all professional judgments.

Your account

Access is by email magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity under your login. Tell us promptly at bruce@bruceramos.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • enter data you have no right to store or share;
  • attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
  • probe, scan, or test the security of the service without permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the service, including through automated scraping or excessive requests;
  • use the service to break any applicable law or third-party right.

Your data

You keep ownership of the settlement data you enter. You grant AstraBrava LLC a limited license to store and process that data only to operate the service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. AstraBrava LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstraBrava LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of this beta service. This reflects that Nina Law is offered as a proof-of-concept.

Suspension and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. When we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the service.
